Nutri-Style's 10 week weight loss coaching program may be exactly what you are looking for. This is not a diet but a way of life. The 10 week program is designed to educate and motivate you to choose optimum nutrition as well as help you lose weight and reach your weight goals. Nutri-Style promotes a healthy weigh loss program based on sound and scientifically proven information. A healthy two pound weigh loss is promoted each week. Clients are required to weigh in each week and they are educated on a nutritional topic at the weekly weigh in. Daily motivation is provided through e mail support and menu plans are made available to clients who work best on a structured program.
