Pip Before (224lbs)

Week 1: Pip came to see me and desperately wanted to lose weight to fit back into her clothes and to feel better about herself. This was the heaviest since she had been since arriving in Singapore. Pip had lost a significant amount of weight previously following the weight watchers plan but found it hard to motivate herself. The weekly weigh in and accountability of The Coach Approach Program appealed to Pip and she was very excited to get started on the program.

Week 2: Pip has lost a whopping 5lbs since starting the program and is excited to notice that her clothes are already starting to feel lose. Today's lesson is on fibre and she notices that her diet is quite low and fibre and she will endeavor to include more fibre in her diet over the

course of the coming week.

Week 3: 1lb lighter since last week and Pip consoles herself that she is heading in the right direction. Today we cover the facts on fat and the difference between good fats & bad fats.

Week 4: Another 1 lb lighter for a total weight loss of 7lbs. Pip is bang on track and is really in control during the week but finds it really difficult at the weekend. Her concerns are addressed during this weeks weigh in and we discuss how she can deal with weekends and still enjoy herself.

Week 5: Pip is excited to tell me that she completed the Standard Charted Half Marathon, the day before in 1hr and 20 minutes. Well done you! 2lbs lighter and on top of the world, Pip is excited about the coming week.

Week 6: 2 more lbs lighter for a total weight loss of 11lbs. With a weekend in Phuket looming, Pip is a bit apprehensive about staying on track. We talk about the situations she will find herself in and she believes she should be ok.

Week 7: 2 lbs lighter for a total weight loss of 13lbs. Pip's clothes are now beginning to hang off her and a shopping trip will be in order very soon. With Christmas looming, all talk is about how to survive it and not load the lbs back on.

Week 8: 1lb lighter and lesson on cooking at home. Pip is very apprehensive about all the Christmas social events coming up. A lunch with the Italian Club, Lunch at British Club and a drinks party are on the agenda for this week. The main concern is alcohol so we discuss the best options and how to still have a great time.

Week 9: 1lb lighter for a total weight loss of 15lbs. Pip is delighted that her clothes are now much looser and she is going shopping for an outfit for a wedding that she is going to in Hong Kong later. This week we discuss where exercise fits in the plan. Pip already does lots of exercise when walking the dog as well as attending pilate's classes. I suggest that she set some exercise goals for the new year so that she has something to reach for. Pip agrees that she will do The Terry Fox Run this year.

Week 10: 3lbs lighter and really looking forward to her sisters visit to Singapore during the week. Her sister has always been the slim one so Pip is looking forward to showing off her new 18lb lighter figure.

Week 11: Pip has gained 1lb as she was sick during the week and just didn't feel well. She is determined to get back on track next week.

Week 12: Back on track and 2lbs lighter, Pip can't wait to hit 200lbs when she will treat herself to a co lour analysis. This week we discuss how to make the most of yourself style wise. Pip's figure is now significantly different from when she started so she must start showing off her slimmer, more shapely figure.
